3 Buoys and A Gull is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo located overlooking the bay and the stunning Dog Island. The condo offers two balconies, one on the first floor and another on the second floor, both equipped with seating. These balconies provide the perfect vantage point for observing breathtaking sunsets and the abundant wildlife that inhabits the area. You may have the opportunity to see dolphins, various bird species, fish, manatees, and even the occasional Florida black bear.
While the sandy waterline is off-limits due to its designation as a protected bird nesting habitat, you are welcome to fish off the pier. Swimming, sunbathing, and walking along the waterline are not allowed in order to preserve the nesting area.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and also includes a crib for infants. Please note that you will need to bring your own crib sheets and bedding for the infant. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen-size beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. Additionally, the living room has a full-size pull-out sofa, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, plus an infant. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional half bath on the first floor for added convenience.
The fully stocked kitchen provides a delightful cooking experience with its beautiful view. It comes equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. However, if you prefer dining out, you'll find several excellent local seafood restaurants in nearby Carrabelle.
For those interested in boating, there is a public boat ramp less than 4 miles away. However, it's important to note that you cannot leave your boat tied up to the pier, as it is shared by other guests staying at the condos.

Summary: We have driven by this place dozens of times and did not realize how nice and big these units are. The property is very well maintained and has a lot of amenities. The quick response we got from the very accommodating staff, even during off hours, was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The unit was clean and cozy. The management company was easy to communicate with. Our keypad on our door died the last night we were there so we were locked out but the emergency contacts took care of it within 10 minutes AND it was 10:30 at night!

Summary: This is a great location with all the necessities of your own home. It has a fully stocked kitchen to cook a meal you would like. There is even a full sized crib if you are traveling with an infant.

Summary: This is a beautiful place inside and out. The view is amazing and was perfect for my family. The elevators made it easy for my in-laws to get to the room and to transport all of our things. It was also just a few minutes from the boat ramp where I kept my boat all weekend. We will be back.

Summary: Our plan was to catch the Perides meteor shower and enjoy beach time. We were able to view meteors from the top deck of the condo overlooking the Gulf. The Gulf colors at sunset are magical and the stocked kitchen allows us to be there for sunset every evening. Rooms are spacious and decor is a relaxed beach vibe. Great stay. Thank you.
